iPhone’s prints charming

Tech-savvy Web sites are abuzz with reports that Apple's next-generation device, the iPhone 5S, will arrive soon with several new features, such as a fingerprint reader as a security device.

An embedded sensor would scan your fingerprint and identify you.

Also included in the 5S will be an upgraded 12-megapixel camera, better graphics, a faster A6 processor and other reported goodies, the reports said.

But don't expect to have a 5S soon. A Taiwanese site, Digitimes, said the first 3 million units of the new model won't be shipped until the end of the year.
